Hi, I am a 36 year old Male, with a busy life during the day, say from 7: 00a.m. To 8: 00 p.m. Are there any dietary adjustments / supplements that can work well for Weight loss? This is because I do not have much time for any Gym activities. The only sport activity during the day is about an hour of TT, apart from a few hours of badminton every Saturday. Please advise.
