Dates should be avoided and almond and kaju should be taken in moderation. Avoid sugar, jaggery,honey in any form. Avoid sweet fruits like mangoes, banana,cheekoo, grapes etc. Take lots of vegetables and salad. Take small frequent meals instead of large ones. Reduce weight and maintain ideal weight for your height.
