Still if you want to gain weight, we want you to gain in a healthy way n that is you should gain muscle mass (lean body mass) not fat mass. For that you should eat small frequent protein rich n whole grain diet like eggs and meat (if you are a non vegetarian) or Milk n milk products with dry fruits.
