Food allergy can vary from person to person. Children intolerant to certain foods exhibit different symptoms with a particular allergy. Let s take a look at the common symptoms:
Difficulty in breathing.
A flushed face and itchy rash around the mouth that can spread across the whole body.
A runny or blocked nose.
Swelling of the tongue and throat.
Dizziness and loss of consciousness.
Stomachache, vomiting and diarrhoea.
If the food allergy affects several parts of the body, the situation can become life-threatening. This condition is known as anaphylaxis and requires medical attention

Age 40, Male, like very much to consume see fish, particularly Hilsha. But face diarrhea after consumption with hyper acidity and nausea. Have never taken any anti allergic before or after taking of any sea food. Other fishes also create same problem with lower intensity. What should I do? Is there any homeo/ ayurvedic treatment? Please suggest allopathy also if possible.

Homoeopathy has good treatment for your problem. Take homoeopathic medicine Carbo veg 200 daily in the morning for 3 days before taking fish (5 to 6 pills each time). Contact me for any further consultation if required.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user, It's always better to check about Allergy status. It may not be water unless you are drinking chilled water. Most of the times its coincidental. Next time try bottled water as they are processed and standardised, you are not supposed to get these symptoms. If you still got those them the problem lies somewhere my guess is mostly with the dust exposure during the travel or the air conditioning system.

You need not worry and you avoid all foods containing wheat as you have gluten sensitivity . You can happily live without diets free from wheat . For eg. In kerala the main , and staple food is rice based and some people never make wheat containing foods
