Armed with her Masters (MD) in Biochemistry, her in-depth knowledge about body's biochemical metabolism enables her to tailor make dietary and / or lifestyle interventions utilizing the latest discoveries in the field of epigenetics - which empowers individuals not to be shackled by their genetic limitations, but to breach and go beyond.
Her mantra is simple: Optimal Weight, Optimal Living and Optimal Nutrition for Optimal Health.
Her programs for weight management are based on the fact that, nutritionally rich balanced diet and appropriate lifestyle interventions can fix the metabolism and also”turn off” the gene responsible for obesity. She is also a fitness enthusiast and advocates the right type of exercise to boost health, beauty and mood.
Other than working with adults, She has a keen interest in the future generations. She feels that the growing epidemic of childhood obesity is worrying, she loves working with children and their families to transform their lives.
She is passionate about educating her clients about how to prevent poor lifestyle related cancers like bowel cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer etc.,
