My height is 5' 3 and weight 70 kg. I want to reduce 10 kg. I am non vegetarian and my 11 month old baby. Baby is cesarian. I am feeding also and take 75 mg thyroid medicine. Specially tummy area is looking so fatty. Give some diet plan or exercise for me.
