Hello, I am 22 years old. Since 2 months my periods has started to become complicated. I start to have cramps for a week before I come in periods. So for the whole week I feel sick. And period last almost 2-3 days. Earlier I had really bad cramps on the 1st day of periods but I use to eat meftal spas. I take proper diet and go gym twice a week.
