Hello. These days weight gain is as difficult as weight loss. In weight gain what we have to look for is, sustained gain in appetite. You can have small meal but which are energy dense. Include more of carbohydrates in the diet, and 1st class proteins, coming through dairy and animal products. Have small snacks in between meals like, dried fruits, home made ladoos, granola bars, etc. Consume more of nuts in the day. The increase in the appetite would be slow but would gradually increase your weight. While we want to gain weight, we also have to make sure that the weight gain is not through unhealthy junk eating. One has to increase weight through consuming healthy products. Along with increasing the appetite, one should spare some time in the day dedicated to physical activity, which would help build the muscles.
