My weight is increasing day by day.
As per my job I don't have enough time to exercise daily. So I have to maintain a strict diet. please provide a diet chart on our regular food.
What to eat and what not to? please mention.
Dear, exercise not only means going to gym. You can also do'tabata' a form of exercise at home which requires hardly 10 min. Also, use different forms of exercise in daily life like climbing stairs, walking while on phone, stretching, parking car bit far from destination and walk.
