Don't eat sugar and avoid sugar-sweetened drinks. Eating more protein is a great long-term strategy to reduce belly fat. Cut carbs from your diet. Eat foods rich in fiber, especially viscous fiber. Exercise is very effective at reducing belly fat.

I just suggest you orally .early morning - banana khajur gur shake. .breakfast- like king type .midmorng- full cream milk shake 300 ml. Lunch- chawal, dal (2 bowl) green veg, 1boiled potato, salad,curd full cream. Snacks- 1 handful dry fruits. 2 pc egg boiled Dinner- Roti ,chicken, salad. Bedtime- 300 ml full cream milk with 4pc khajur.

Do regular exercise,,take high protein,,take cashews, almonds,,take dates n raisins with milk,,take 4-5 banana with milk,,take butter with bread,,take pea nut butter with boiled potatoes,,take fatty fish,,this will help

It is one of the Vata vyadhi which mainly occurs due to dhatukshaya (Degenrative changes).  avoid food which increase vata - Avoid- horse gram (chana dal, peas, fermented foods, bakery products, cold water, spicy- bitter- astringent tastes. Choose: Fresh fruits or frozen/canned fruit without added sugar, or unsweetened applesauce. Non–starchy fresh vegetables or frozen/canned vegetables such as broccoli, spinach, and carrots. Whole grains such as whole wheat pasta, brown rice, oats, and whole wheat bread.

Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice 5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. Meditation daily for 10 mts. 6-8 hrs of sleep at night 8. You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.
