Stop drinking alcohol, and also reduce the packets that you are having. For low calcium take tab shelcal 500 mg in between the meals. Also do walking for aroun 45 mins, you can also join gym if you have time. Do not eat junk food as they are rich in fats. Eat homemade food. Start drinking green tea ,also luke warm water with lemon.

To start with avoid simple sugars as far as possible like sugar, jaggery, honey, sweets, candies, chocolates, cold drinks etc. 'Eat Out' less, avoid junk and have good quantity of fresh foods which are not processed like fruits, vegetables, soups, salads, nuts, low fat milk, curd etc. Gradually, focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre foods only. Combine these dietary changes with 30 mins to one hour play/walk / exercise. Its difficult to draft a diet chart here which is tailored to meet your requirements. Hello. The first thing towards achieving our weight status is, following a healthy life style, which includes having a sleep wake cycle according to the nature's cycle. Eat healthy meals, healthy eating includes, having small frequent meals, which are high in good quality complete protein, coming from milk and milk products, a combination of cereals and pulse, low fat animal products. Having carbohydrates coming from complex sources and not from refined sources. Have less of visible fats in the day, that is coming from oil, butter ghee, etc. Along with this, a daily physical activity, at least for an hour is a must which could include simple activities like brisk walking, running, swimming, playing some sport like badminton, tennis, squash, dancing, gym, or other fitness programs.
