Hey, thanks for suggestion on fatty liver. I wanna know something more about it. Is green tea a good option to reduce the fat from liver? I started eating karela. I am avoiding junk food, oily and spicy, chicken,eggs, mutton. Am I doing good? I take idli, suji halwa, suji upma, chapatis with daal at breakfast. Brown rice + veg/chatni/,+daal at lunch. And chapati+daal/milk (with no cream). Suggest me about these. Can I add anything else or I should remove anything from this.
