Dear Lybrateuser, - For a strong immunity you have to follow some tips:- have a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains instead of refined ones, protein rich foods such as eggs, non veg, milk & milk products, soya products, tofu, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts, healthy fats as in olive & canola oil, fish, avocados, flax seeds - have a tablespoon of honey with breakfast every morning - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water per day - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min & yoga to boost your immunity & to keep fit - sleep well for at least 7-8 hrs at night - avoid nicotine & tobacco intake - keep stress levels low by reading, listening to music or following a hobby.
