Dear Lybrateuser, - To build muscles & to increase stamina have a well balanced diet with more of protein rich foods & do regular exercise - have more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein rich foods such as eggs, non veg, milk & milk products like yogurt, paneer, cheese, butter milk, soya products, tofu, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, peas, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts - include a protein rich food in each of your meals & also have as a snack in between meals to boost your protein content - do regular exercise such as jogging, swimming, play a game, do moderate weight lifting 2-3 times a week for 10-15 min, also do pushups, pull ups, squats, crunches to develop your muscles & strength.
