I am gaining weight. I want to loose my weight and also I have some skin problems my skin doesn't have a natural glow and it has become dull. Please suggest something for weight loss and skin treatment.

Few general tips to lose weight include: Reduce intake of carbohydrates (rice, roti, bread) and fat (ghee, butter, oil). Avoid sweets, fried foods, junk foods. Have a high protein (milk, paneer, curd, soybean, pulses, sprouts, kala chana) and high fiber diet (fruits, vegetables). Have a light and early dinner (by 8: 00 pm).
