I have researched a lot about Apple cider vinegar. As I am over Weight people have suggested me the product. When I have researched I have found it has many benefits but it is a type of acid, which works as the same. People have posted many of their bad experiences which has left me confused. Please let me know weather I should take Apple cider vinegar if I should how should I take it. If not please suggest me what I can take for weight loss.

Eat lot of fruits like papaya watermelon n avocado etc. Drink plenty of water n drink green tea coconut water n butter milk .eat green salad n lentils multigrain roti n green leafy veg cabbage broccoli capsicum lauki rural tomato in lunch .eat roasted chana makhana soup .dalia saute veg .n some dry fruits like soaked almond n walnut in.
