For losing weight, you need to regulate your food, increase more fruits and vegetables, do daily exercise and stay fit. The solution for depression is ACTION and ACTIVITY. Join some aerobics / zumba / yoga classes. Challenge yourself towards improvement. Consult a dietician who can help you to have a regulated diet.
