I did all test including 2 d echo, creatinine, cholesterol, ophthalmology and thyroid test. All test were normal .except elevated triglycerides which now lowered after taking rosuvastatin. My concern is diabetes because HBa1c Is 6.2 and before six month fasting glucose was 93. please help me. Can I reverse diabetes as I am 29 now.

You can control diabetes and elevated triglycerides by taking a low carb, high fibre, high protein diet. Eliminate white sugar, maida,processed foods and alcohol from your diet. Take whole fruits, grains,vegetables, especially green leafy veggies, broccoli,cucumber in diet. Take I tablespoon of flax seeds, 1/4 tsp of methi seeds, 1 tablespoon pumpkin and sunflower seeds daily. Take 2 pods of raw garlic early in the morning and 2 tsps of isabgol husk before every major meal with I glass water.
