My mother is diabetic she is having more urination for 2 days ,she is having sugar 240 after food, first she told it pains when urination ,but pain has gone she can't control urination is this due to urine infection or bladder problem she is around 75 years and is on diabetic medicine. Pls advice.

Hi Lybrate user, You will have to control her sugar to less than 170 mg/dl. Simultaneously you need to consider starting short term and long term antibiotics.
