Nowadays most of the people are suggesting not to eat Cashew nut, as it contain high cholesterol and bad for people having blood pressure and it true please let me know

Hye. Thank you for your query. No natural food causes harm if eaten in the right season, right amount and at the right time. Cashewnuts are not harmful in itself. It can be planned into the diet of diabetics or hypertensive people. Cashewnuts do not increase weight or cholesterol or blood sugar levels if eaten correctly.
