Dt. Jennifer Dhuri provides answers that are knowledgeable. Recently I read medical journal articles that adviced that mineral/ ginseng based drugs, like REVITAL work ONLY when intake is continued, similar to bhasma/gold/mineral mixed ayurvedic energy boosters ( names mostly start with VITA). So true. Stop the intake and you limp back to your old self.

Burping, also known as belching or eructation, is one of the ways your body expels excessive gas from the stomach.
Although burping is a natural bodily function at times it can be severe due to poor digestion of food, malabsorption, intolerance, ulcers or gastric disorders.
Definitely your diet, lifestyle and stress levels need to be worked on but here are some remedies to help reduce the severity of burping-
▪Have ginger, mint or chamomile herbal tea 2 to 3 times a day.
▪Chew about 2 pods of green cardamom (elaichi) 2 to 3 times a day.
▪Chew 1/2 a teaspoon of fennel seeds (sauf/badisop)
▪Have a cup of buttermilk with a pinch of asafoetida (hing).
I want to gain some more height my girlfriend is poking me for this and I want to loose some of my weight and facial fats.
My 5 year kid is under weight. She is very active, playing for 3-4 hrs everyday. But eats very less food.
