My FBS shows values as 109.60 mg/dl. I am in pre diabetic category (correct me if im wrong). I had gestational diabetes (feb - oct 2017). After delivery in October, my reports were normal so doctor asked me to discontinue all sugar related medicine's (glyciphage 1 grm twice a day, human mixtard 26 units thrice a day ). I was on insulin only for last 3 months of pregnancy. Rest period I was having glyciphage only. Now my question is how to control my sugar levels? Suggest diet as well as medicines. I feed my baby will my milk will effect her health? Next my thyroid is as follows as on 10/01/2018 T3 118 ng/dl T4 7.4 Tsh 0.24 piu/ml Now im taking ptu 25 mg before breakfast. Should I continue or not? Im taking calcium n iron tabs as per doctors advise for good lactation from past 3 months. Should I continue same? Im also taking galact granules twice a day. Yet I go empty on milk in evening. How to improve my milk supply? Kindly advise Thanking in advance Shazia.
