Femilon is a low dose oral contraceptive pill, it does not have any side effect. Both IUD and oral contraceptive pills are effective method of contraception. Pill has to be taken daily and is a hormonal contraceptive Iud is a one time method, can be inserted for ,3, 5or,20 years had to be removed when duration is over. If you want then can get it removed earlier, it's a nonhormonal method.
