It all depends on your motivation and never give up attitude. No you will lose weight needed you change your thinking and attitude towards permanent natural weight loss. The major hurdle is self sympathy while following diet that we r cursing our body, feeling missing out on certain foods, etc. We should just feel that we are gifting ourselves good health and good looks. Look at you after that, a happier you. You should take a metabolism boosting diet. Which includes lot of therapeutic foods like wheat grass, lemon grass, ginseng root extracts, cinnamon extracts etc. Take Personalised diet consultation for best results and guidance.
The symptoms of hypothyroidism are fatigue, weight gain, mood swings, Feeling cold, constipation, Muscle aches and Tenderness ,Stiffness and swelling in the joints, Hair loss, Rough, cracked skin, Trouble breathing, Changes in the menstrual cycle, More frequent cold/flu due to low immune function. Your weight gain is probably due to your hypothyroidism. Check the thyroid levels once, take treatment for thyroid problem first then only your weight reduction programme will become successful. I'm suggesting some diet plan for you here. 2. Seaweed - use it in soups or use it in tuna fish cake. 3. Use coconut oil for cooking. 4.
