Hello lybrate-user! Thank you for your query! The interpretation in your reports shows normal variation in the thyroid hormone levels during pregnancy ,it does not imply that you are pregnant or not. If your serum T.S.H.level is 13.45,then you are suffering from hypothyroid, and irrespective of your pregnancy status, you should consult a doctor for treatment of the hypothyroid. Hope this solves your doubt.

lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. TSH value of 13.45 mU/L shows that you have confirmed hypothyroidism, which needs to to be treated immediately by taking levothyroxine regular ly. Dosage is calculated on the basis of your weight, height, T4 and TSH levels. Plus it is treatment to be taken for lifetime. As regards mentioning of TSH values in relation to pregnancy is to make the clinician who reads the report to keep in mind recommended levels of TSH in each trimester. That is a standard information in every report. It has no relation to your reported levels. You need not worry about it. You will have to start the treatment straight away. That is all. Thanks.
