Dr. My plasma glucose fasting 101.40, triglycerides 340.30, hdl 37.70, vldl 68.06, total cholesterol 145.00, bilirubin total 1.61, bilirubin direct 0.53, serum bilirubin (indirect) 1.08, should I go for allopathic treatment or it can be cure in homeopathic medicine? Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food.
