Hi doctor, I am 33 years old women. Mother of two children. I got hypothyroid last year. I take 100 mcg tablet. My weight was continually gaining. Now, my thyroid levels are normal. I want to loose my weight. Can you give me some diet tips or diet chart for hypothyroid. I feel tired very soon, when I do some household work. I am a housewife. My left knee swells. After standing for a long time. Please help and suggest me how can I stay fit and loose weight with hypothyroid.
