Hi my name is Ambuj and I want to know a medicine which can reduce the fat on my stomach. It looks vry very odd and some times wearing a shirt feels like not comfortable. I have no time to go for gym or yoga n all and I do not eat outside foods but still my fat is not getting in shape. please suggest me a tab or something else medicine to my stomach get in shape without losing weight and side effects like weakness etc. I ll be highly obliged. Dear lybrate-user, It is possible that although your not eating outside food, the intake of carbohydrates in the diet are high and also if there is a sedentary lifestyle which can cause fat gain.
