Dear lybrate-user, weight loss could be due to poor digestive system or inappropriate pancreatic enzymes released by body. Even if blood reports are normal, you may still be enzyme deficient, hence not able to extract maximum out of food, thus causing weight loss. I would advice you to quit smoking, and drink alcohol occasionally and alcohol in moderation is ok and should not be matter of worry. But remember alcohol is disinfectant and at higher quantity maybe killing gut bacteria and causing symptoms such as diarrhea and resulting in weight loss. Also, whenever you take large amount of alcohol, always remember to take enterogermina probiotic with it. So that your gut microbiome stays stable with alcohol intake. Diet advice. Avoid dry fruits and nuts as they contain phytic acid which are antinutrients, which cause dry mouth and damage teeth in long run. Get enough sleep. Expose your body to sunlight. I wish you all the best in your recovery!
