I am female 56 and chronic hypertensive since last 10 yrs, presently taking cilacar t 40+10 but presently my bp is uncontrolled abd it average 140 plus and 90 plus, pulse average 100, spo2 96 disturbed sleep and occasional head ache with heaviness in head. I am also having cervical spondylitis and on betahistine 8mgx3 and caldikind capsule 1 after breakfast as advised by my orthopaedic doctor. Pls advise.
