Hi I am having frequent pain in my both feet at bottom and at top also my hand joints are also paining my uric acid. Is high also my thyroid during last check up one month ago was 1.3 at that time I started taking 25 mg but this time it is 7, my lipid profile is also high triglycerides my cholesterol reports are high.

U should do-- watch your weight. Eat fresh fruit, vegetables, whole wheat products and some pulses (high in purine) every day. Enjoy low-fat milk and dairy products daily. Drink plenty of fluids. Avoid alcoholelevate your affected foot if you smoke, then stop it. Add more fiber to your diet. Eat more fruits, vegetables and whole grains, which provide complex carbohydrates. Avoid foods and beverages with high-fructose corn syrup, and limit consumption of naturally sweet fruit juices.
