Lybrate user, one of the reasons for your severe headache can be the strain of eyes and continuous concentration in the games leading to eye fatigue and mental fatigue // other associated reasons may be lack of nutritious food ; taking plenty of junk food / alcohol/smoking / drugs /irregular food habits / lack of regular daily habits in food/ sleep / entertainments / exercise / daily routines etc so you start a regular disciplined daily routine with control of screen time ; regular washing of face with cool water and intervals--in between // with adjustments of factors stated above // add plenty of water / glv/ fresh vegetable/fruits -- salads/juices in your daily diet regularly;// fresh ethnic food ; / light exercise/ yoga / meditation etc // improving positive mental energy by smiling ; be happy and be helpful to others // reduce negative mental energy in you --like anger; depression / anxiety etc and be little philosophical about life --- your problems will come down soon ---if not --kindly have check-up with eye doctor and a good consultant physician.
