Two years back a grain size nodule on my thyroid was noticed for ent scan. Now the size of nodule has increased and is 9.1mmx0.7 mm as seen by ultrasound and finding is "benign nodule- likely adenoma, advised to correlate by for fnac and hpe" I am reluctant for fnac. Please advise treatment to shrink the size of nodule and also fnac spread the nodule to other parts of body.
