Hello I am suffering from fatty liver from 1 year. My sgpt and sgot keeps increasing after I stop the medicines for last 1 year. And ratios is sgpt>sgot. I am facing gas related issue as well. Also I went for fibroscan test as well. My liver stiffness is 10.2 kpa. I reduced my weight from 75 kg to 69 kg in last 3 months. I am taking light food for last 1 month. I had cavity in april 2021 as well. Kindly suggest how to reduce stiffness. And pls elaborate on this more.

Follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 2. Don't overeat 3. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of plain water first thing in the morning (preferably within 10 mins of waking up). Good that you have decided to look after your health and have taken the right steps. Weight loss is excellent but do not overdo it. Weight loss must be gradual now if needed. Do not know your height so can not say whether bmi is normal. You need to get bmi below 23. Weight loss, exercise, diet modifictaion will help. Diet high in fibre, low in fat and low in sugar.
