I had tsh 13.5 one year back, now it is 2.33. I am taking 100 mcg thyronorm. What should be my correct dose right now? I don't have any problem as such. I am 31 year old, 56 kg, 5' 2" it.

Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. Your current tsh value is quite good, with in the specified range. That means current dosage of levothyroxine is adequate and needs to be continued. No need to change. Only thing is check thyroid functions again after 4 to 6 months later, if you have no other complaints at all. If tsh is with the recommended range then same dose needs to be continued. Only if tsh drops <0.5 mu/l then there is a need to reduce, otherwise please continue the same treatment. If you have any questions please do come back. Thanks.

Continue same dose which is presently correct for you. Get tsh test done intermittently.
