Sinusitis is usually has cold with blocked nose. Pain is in affected side of nose, maxillary area. But in migraine there may or may not be cold, usually one sided headache. Nauseatus sensation, gastric disturbances are often present. Patient feels better after vomiting as it reduces the pressure in head.
