I am 65 years a type 2 diabetic since last 20 years my pp sugar never come below 250 although fasting is between 95-105 and random 150-180 my medicines at bf-glimepiride2 mg+metformin 500 mg +voglibose 0.2 mg and at dinner -vildagliptin 50 mg+ metformin 500 mg. Pls suggest suitable treatment.
