As I can see your random sugar is in little higher end. But you should give fbs ppbs hba1c serum creatinine level to give a correct answer. Moreover tab zalra m twice daily is not recommended as it can cause severe hypoglycemia as in your case. Visit a diabetologist nearest with the test or consult me online.

Dear lybrate-user, I find that for your height of 5'1" the correct weight would be about 53-58 kg you are nearly 15 kg overweight. Since you have low sugar problem on current medication, you probably are unabel to control your diet. I suggest that you do the following reduce the quantity of carbohydrate (rice, wheat, rava, maida) in each meal and increase the quantity of protein (dhal, soya, egg white, fish or chicken). Take lot of green leafy vegetables walk 5 km per day and gradually reduce weight by 1 kg per month to ideal body weight (height in cm minus 100 will roughly be your ideal body weight in kg) about 55 kg. Monitor blood sugars with glucometer as follows. Fasting and pp on wednesday and 2 hour after lunch and after dinner on sunday and maintain a record. If you keep getting low values < 80 mg/dl gradually reduce the dose of antidiabetic drugs under the supervision of a doctor. Once you get back to your ideal body weight you may need only metformin for control of your blood sugars
