My t3 and t4 are normal but tsh is 4.691. What does it mean? I am already taking normoz tablet twice a day from the last 1 and a half month. Kindly suggest.

Thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. Your thyroid hormones (t4 & t3) and tsh all are with in normal limits. There is no reason to worry about that aspect. However, looking at your height and weight you already in grade 1 obesity with a bmi (body mass index) of 31.92 kgs/sq meter (normal < 23 kgs / sq meter). Which means there is an excess of over 24 kgs, your ideal body weight should be about 63 kgs. This needs to be brought down. Because it can lead to multiple problems including inviting diabetes. Table normoz is just a vitamin and mineral plus some antioxidant supplement. It has no action either on pcod or on thyroid gland. It is just a fancy supplement. Thanks.
