I have a lower back pain near hip and both sides and have pain sometime right side or sometime left side and also pain in my leg on back side then my muscle of leg and arms become stretched and pain on that side. My backbone become straight according to xray I take medicines but pain can not relief. please help me and suggest me. Thank you.
