My height is 5 feet 11 inches and my weight is 115 kilograms. I lift weight regularly for around 30 to 45 minutes everyday. I have a muscular body. My waist size is around 36 inches or 93 centimetres. My blood pressure is normal. The BMI chart shows that I should have a weight of around 85 kgs. The waist chart show that a waste of 37 inches is normal. I find that my weight is on the higher side but my waist is normal. Am I obese?
