I am a stroke survivor and as a result of that I have Left side hemiplegia (left side paralyzed) I am undergoing regular physiotherapy along with medicines I do take nuts, milk and fruits in my daily life routine Also I have ankylosing spondylitis I feel tired all time (fatigue) even after taking protein and calcium and iron diet (avoiding junk food) I can walk slowly but can't run and I have very low power in my left hand Even I do walk after meals Please suggest me what else could be done to over come fatigue and obesity Looking forward for an early response
