Hi, If it is fungal infection then it will exacerbate due to excess sweating or poor hygiene. What is the extent of the disease?

The main reason for ringworm is not the water or environmental conditions, as there are other people also living in the same environment. The main reason is your internal body metabolism. It happens more if you are taking heavy foods, excess salt, junk foods etc. So stop taking non veg, alcohol, paneer, curd, excess salt, rajma, chhole etc in your diet. Take more of moong, masur, moth in your food. If possible go for vaman karma at a panchakarma centre near you. It will be properly cured.

Maintaining light food is important. Curd should be restricted. Salt should be restricted. Marichyadi tel (ayurvedic oil) should be applied by scratching. Also grind one dadrughan vati (not for oral use) in marichyadi tel and apply. If possible twice a day. Manjishtha, haridra tabs of himalaya each 1 tds for a month and maha manjishthadi kwath (liquid) 20 ml + equal water half hr before meals, twice a day should be used for a month. Report after that. This will create immunity against'rakt/ charam vikaras' too.

Hello, ringworm is caused by a fungus that grows on the skin. Once the fungus is established, it spreads out in rings. The centre of the ring may clear up, while a new ring of infection develops at the edge of the old ring. Fungi are microscopic organisms that can live off the dead tissues of your skin, hair, and nails, much like a mushroom can grow on the bark of a tree. Medication: take schwabe's tellurium 30/ thrice daily for 2 weeks. Management: good personal hygiene helps prevent the spread of ringworm. Teach your child to practice good hygiene and generally not to share combs, brushes, or hats. Children also shouldn't share towels, clothes, or sports equipment that haven't been properly cleaned. Avoid wearing any wet clothes, prefer cotton clothes, keep the area dry and clean. Never use others towels or clothes as well as don't share yours with others.
