Diabetes is a condition which requires controlled carbohydrate intake at specific fixed times. If not controlled, it can lead to metabolic complications in almost all parts of the body. General guidelines include to stop sugar jaggery, glucose honey or anything made out of it. Stop butter cheese, mayonnaise, margarine n fried foods have salads in both meals.
