around 3 to 4 mU/l, to be free from all the symptoms including weight gain. Once TSH is brought to desired level, then you will have to concentrate on proper diet
, caloric intake and regular exercise. Presently with a BMI of 30.46 kgs/Sq meter, you are already in grade 1 obesity
. This has to be controlled, your ideal body weight should be 60 kg, that means you are having an excess of 18 kgs.
