I am suffering from hypothyroidism. I am trying to loose weight from past 7 months, but lost only 4-5 kgs. Due to this I don't feel motivated. Even if I sleep in proper time, I am not able to wake up early in the morning or before 8 AM. I feel depressed all the time. My husband comes home at around 9 pm and I am alone throughout the day. I feel very lonely and sad. What should I do?

If you need my help you can contact me online also. Why do you taking so pressure to wake up 8 or after 8 ,infact you are creating such pressure on yourself. If you want to wake up early then slowly it can be possible. Infact you are thinking so much not only regarding one thing but related to many things such as to weight loss, wake up timing, loneliness etc and these different types of thoughts which is running in the back of your mind is creating unnecessary pressure on you. No doubt these thoughts becomes endless and goes on and on. And many times it creates sadness lonliness everything. But its not like that you can't control this. No need to take such loads, some times we need to live without fear rules everything. Everything is within you happiness sadness ,then why to choose sadness, lonliness.is it something that someone has applied sadness lonliness depression on you --its no. It is only you who has created this ,think about the time when you were happy ,that time also some part of sadness was within you but your happiness dominated everything ,so its not so difficult to choose this happiness over your lonliness and sadness. Once you will adapt these things you will start to live every second of life. Make yourself busy as much as you can ,make some friend ,join any hobby classes ,in short make yourself busy as much as you can. You can't control other things around you for example timings or work culture of any one's job infact it is not even required ,there will be many things around us which will make us uncomfortable or uneasy and no one can control that but we can control ourself and can become friend of ownself.
