Hi Sir, Within last 2 years I have gradually but steadily gained 12 -13 kg weight and now 62 kgs. My sugar and cholesterol are on higher level. Actually I eat breakfast and lunch properly. Night I take either milk or buttermilk. Can you advise me some simple diet by which I can loose my weight also. Due to some malfunctioning of cell phone, I have lost all my reports.

Dear Lybrate User, You have to stop having rice, potato, bread, have sprouts with milk in your breakfast, proper lunch with dal, vegetable n chapatti, Eve light snacks and nte dinner, you and to have because in sugar you and to have proper n timely meal.
