Hello Indeed both the treatment lines be it allopathic or homoeopathic have their own benefits in such cases. I would suggest you to go for homoeopathic treatment if this is a recurrent condition. To strengthen immunity, homoeopathy is the best answer and in cases of allergies, immunity plays the most important role. Homoeopathic medicines have no side effects and it does the needful. You must avoid cold food and air exposure, proper ventilation of air inside out home is required too. Vitamin C should be taken too. Perfume exposure should be minimal. You can wear a mask if you need to travel in dust and fields. You should also take tulsi leaf and honey daily, boiled in water. Tc.
