It can be because of sinusitis or polyp nose or allergic rhinitis or sore throat or dns or adenoids etc. I need detail of case. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Do saline gargles daily. 2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also. 3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of ac. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, when there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected. 4. Drink hot liquids --hot liquids relieve nasal congestion, prevent dehydration, and soothe the uncomfortably inflamed membranes that line your nose and throat. 5. Sleep with an extra pillow under your head-- elevating your head will help relieve congested nasal passages. If the angle is too awkward, try placing the pillows between the mattress and the box springs to create a more gradual slope. 6. Treat that stuffy nose with warm salt water-- salt-water rinsing helps break nasal congestion, while also removing virus particles and bacteria from your nose. 7. Blow your nose often (and the right way)-- it's important to blow your nose regularly when you have a cold rather than sniffling mucus back into your head. But when you blow hard, pressure can carry germ-carrying phlegm back into your ear passages, causing earache. The best way to blow your nose: press a finger over one nostril while you blow gently to clear the other. Homeopathic treatment has very encouraging results. Consult online for details.

It’s been around a year that I sneeze many times continuously i.e. 30-50 times. I have observed this happening a few times when I went outside or even when I am sitting in my room where there rare amount of visible dust. While sneezing, I get tears, my nose starts running, pain in throat suddenly due to many number of sneezes, and even headaches due to it. Also my nose starts to pain due to it. However, when I use mask sometimes, it stops but there are still chances that I may sneeze anytime. Once I am done with it, it may stop after 30 min or 1 hour but it may start again the next day without any reason after I wake up. Please help me, really disturbed because of it, I am wondering about the time it will happen when I am at my office in a few days.

I am about 40+ years male. Mostly sedentary lifestyle. Since 2020 summer, I started developing running nose almost most of the daytime, and sneezing sometimes. I suspected this to be rhinitis or hay fever since the symptoms are the same. I took alerfix m tablet once in 3 days or a week for relief. When medicine fades away, I sneeze and cough often and my lungs gives wheezing sound during breathing. After taking the alerfix m medicine, everything seem perfect. I am looking for a doctor around mullanpur new chandigarh, or chandigarh area to guide me through this treatment. Thanks.

Sneezing also is an allergic symptom --so ,if you are getting sneezing after applying coconut oil on hair --kindly, stop that practice for few days ---then, if you get relief from sneezing-- continue without that practice and thus save yourself from this allergen ---ok.
