TSH 6.5 is suggestive of hypothyroidism which affects pregnancy adversely. Thyroid hormone is necessary for maintenance of pregnancy, physical and mental development of foetus in uterus. It should be corrected by proper dose of thyroid hormone supplement and TSH should be monitored regularly. You should avoid eating radish cauliflower cabbage broccoli soyabean kale turnip etc because these are called goitrogenic food which increase size of thyroid gland.
