Hi To bring ldl, tgl down and to increase good cholesterol HDL, you should eat omega 3 rich foods like walnuts, flax seeds, chia seeds and fish. You should avoid sugars, refined and fried foods. Coconut oil and ghee are good for cooking. Raw coconut is also good as it contains healthy fats. Avocado is very good for you. Avoid dairy products One whole egg everyday is ok. Banana small one a day is ok Avoid white rice. Instead eat brown rice/ millets.
